The FEIRA DA LOUÇA product catalog (online) is independent of the physical store, both in terms of price and quantities in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.
The FAIR DISHES only processes an order made by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment by the FAIR DISHES can not guarantee the availability of articles by the beginning of that process. In the purchase process, the Customer finds the estimated shipping date: 24h / 48h (after shipping); 2 to 4 days or 1 to 2 weeks. In addition to the estimated shipping time, the shipping time depends on the chosen carrier, as well as the destination of the order.
The FAIR DISHES only does shipping on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted for the estimated delivery of orders. In any case, the estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
If there is no availability of any product ordered, and after contacting the supplier inquiring about the possibility of replacing the missing item, FEIRA DA LOUÇA will contact the customer if the delivery time or the price of the item changes and the order only will continue after consent given by the customer.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, FEIRA DA LOUÇA may propose to the Customer the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if any, and in this case, the order will only continue after the consent given by the customer.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, and it is not possible to propose to the Customer any product of equivalent quality and price or if he has not given his consent to change the order initially made, FEIRA DA LOUÇA will proceed with the refund of the amounts paid by the Customer, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after notification of the cancellation.
Any delay in the shipment of items, in view of the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.

11. Cancellations, exchanges and returns
The following terms and conditions are only applicable to purchases made at www.feiradalouca.com/pt
The Customer may cancel his order at any time until delivery, with the right to a refund of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise his right of free resolution under the terms legally provided for and indicated below, namely, in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Failure to pay the order within 4 days following the date on which it was definitively placed implies automatic cancellation of the same.
Under the terms of Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the changes conferred by Decree-Law no. 62/2009, of 10 March and by Law no. 46/2012, of 29 de Agosto), regarding electronic commerce, FEIRA DA LOUÇA reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of the Sortido computers as well as when the contract proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with the applicable legislation, FEIRA DA LOUÇA allows the exchange or return (resolution of the contract) of articles, within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without the need to state the reason.
The Customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs within 30 (thirty) days from the day following the day: (i) in which the Customer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, acquires possession of the good or in the case (ii) in which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good when the consumer has ordered several goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately.
In order to exercise its right of free resolution, the Customer must communicate, at the physical store Assorted Online or at the Customer Service feiradalouca.com/pt to the contacts indicated above in Condition 7, of its decision to terminate this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
For the period of free resolution to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent to FEIRA DA LOUÇA before the end of the resolution period.
In the event of termination of this contract, all payments made, including delivery costs, will be refunded to the Client (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a shipping method other than the least costly normal shipping method offered by FEIRA DA LOUÇA ), without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which FEIRA DA LOUÇA is informed of the Client's decision to terminate this contract.
In order to speed up the refund process, in the case of amounts paid by transfer with the indication of the associated NIB / IBAN, the refund will be made to the same payment method. In the case of amounts paid through Multibanco without the indication of the associated NIB / IBAN, the refund will be made via bank transfer unless expressly agreed otherwise by the latter.
If the customer wants another form of reimbursement, he must, for this purpose, contact us through our telephone number of FEIRA DA LOUÇA , within a maximum period of 7 days from the date on which FEIRA DA LOUÇA was informed of his decision to terminate the contract.
The FAUÇA DE LOUÇA now informs you that you can withhold the refund until you have received the returned goods, or until the customer presents proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.
The Client must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day he informed FEIRA DA LOUÇA of the free termination of the contract, considering that the same is respected if the Client returns the goods before the expiry of this period of 14 (fourteen) days.
The Client has to bear the costs of returning the goods in full in the event of exercising the right of free termination of the contract. In the case of the return of goods that by their nature cannot normally be returned by mail, the Customer must bear the direct costs of that return, which are associated with the shipping costs that appear in the cost table for shipping orders.

When returning and exchanging items, the Customer must respect the following conditions:

- Exchanges or returns of batteries, memory cards, health, hygiene and personal care items are not accepted, unless there is a lack of compliance. The telephone support services contracted by Customers are not subject to refund of the amounts paid;
- Exchanges or returns of articles made according to Customer's specifications or manifestly personalized are not accepted.
- In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, FEIRA DA LOUÇA informs its Clients that in order to exchange or return items, they must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging. and with all accessories included, and must be accompanied by the respective proof of purchase or the original invoice.
The FAIR DISHES does not accept the return or exchange items after use.

In case of return, if the Customer chooses to refund the amount, FEIRA DA LOUÇA informs that:
- The refund is made by bank transfer. In case of return of an item paid with Paypal the amount will be refunded by the same platform. In the case of payment by Multibanco, FEIRA DA LOUÇA asks the Client to provide him with a NIB so that the return can take place more quickly.
- In the event of having received damaged items or with technical problems, FEIRA DA LOUÇA will schedule the collection of them at the location you indicate, in the same shipping area as the original order, without any charges to the Customer.
- The refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.
The FAIR DISHES reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
13. Governing Law
All purchases made on the website www.feiradalouca.com/pt are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
If the Client is outside of mainland Portugal, FEIRA DA LOUÇA hereby informs that any judicial process must be referred to the Portuguese Courts.
