.The Feira da Louça, takes extreme care in packaging the items ordered by its customers so that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition, regardless of whether it is for national or foreign territory.

.After having registered at our online store, shipping costs will be automatically calculated as you select the products you want.

.Shipping orders to mainland Portugal takes an average of 2 business days.  For European countries on average orders take 3 to 7 working days.

.If any item sold by us is not available for delivery, the customer will be contacted to be informed of the delivery date of the desired product.

SHIPPING METHODS

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

.The Feira da Louça offers its customers two ways to receive the products purchased in the online store:

The customer can choose to pick up the order by hand at our store in São Mamede de Infesta. If you cannot pick it up, it will be sent by DHL or CTT.

Feira da Louça sends orders to mainland Portugal.

Payment for orders to mainland Portugal can be made through prepayment by Bank Transfer, by Payment to Collection or Paypal.

If you want your order to be sent by Payment to Collection, it will have an additional cost of € 3. When sending by Payment to Collection, payment must be made to the carrier's courier in cash.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The Fair of the Crockery sends its orders exclusively to the following countries, Mainland Spain, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Holland, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Sweden.

Payment for International orders will have to be made by Paypal Payment or Bank Transfer. After the purchase you will receive the payment details.
