Instructions for use:
Before first use, place the pan with the lid on a fireplace over medium heat (empty without washing) and let it heat for some time.
When it is hot, grease the inside abundantly with lard, the lower part of the testo must also receive the same treatment.
Return the pan to medium heat, allowing the fat to be completely absorbed.
After this process, add hot water to make a coarse stew, made with fatty meats and some vegetables.
Leave to cook for 2 hours, after this period throw the stew away and it is ready to be used.
If it is not in use, it is advisable to grease it with cooking oil or olive oil, leaving it slightly uncovered, otherwise it may rust.
Washing:
Wash by hand, using a cloth or soft sponge and normal detergent, do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive sponges.
Do not put in the washing machine.
Important precautions:
This pan is made of iron, when exposed to humidity for some time it can become rusty. To avoid this situation, it must be greased with cooking oil or olive oil (including the lid), leaving it slightly uncovered.
