Craftsmanship is Portuguese one of the simplest and most honest ways to reveal ourselves as a people. It is usually the result of the knowledge and commitment of simple people but with an art and ingenuity capable of admiring many academics. Over many years each population knew how to take advantage of simple materials that were available in the areas they lived in to build their homes as well as the utensils they needed for agriculture, livestock, clothing, among others. It was with these same materials that our artistic vein manifested itself through the creation of handmade pieces, but authentic works of art. By the panoply of colors, in the richness of the materials and diversity of forms the Craftsmanship Portuguese undoubtedly reveals much of the essence of the Lusitanian soul.
